Literature Text
I simply cannot wait
To be around you
to hold your hand
To tell you how much you mean
My muse, my dearest
To bring you close and breathe your scent
Your soft caress
The peak,
The summit
Height of desire
The mere thought of you
With another man
The sheer pain of this imagination
Nails within every muscle in my chest
Drives me to sadism and violence
The rage boiling just beneath the surface
The pure, calm waters of love
Hide the raging tempest of jealousy
I cannot wish for anything but to be with you
So far away
To be around you
to hold your hand
To tell you how much you mean
My muse, my dearest
To bring you close and breathe your scent
Your soft caress
The peak,
The summit
Height of desire
The mere thought of you
With another man
The sheer pain of this imagination
Nails within every muscle in my chest
Drives me to sadism and violence
The rage boiling just beneath the surface
The pure, calm waters of love
Hide the raging tempest of jealousy
I cannot wish for anything but to be with you
So far away

My Angel
My Angel!
Her beauty can only go undefined.
For no mere mortal can comprehend such heavenly words.
Nor can any mortal help but to melt in her presence.
Her hair is soft and flows like a lily in the waters.
Her brilliance is second to none, for she is a master-piece
That only God himself would be perfect enough to make.
Glory to God for making such an angel!
No not an angel, but a seraphim!
For no Guardian Angel's grace can compare to that of her's.
Most excellent of all is her eyes,
For they are claim, irresistible, warm oceans
That I wish to sink deeper and deeper into
As I begin to drowned in her cherubic beauty.
How I wish I
Literature
Plectrum
The grey, spread across the plastic like rose petals on a wedding night. Clear strings plucked by plastic finger, the strings that play so silently to the listener's ears. My own soft fingers strummed upon the wooden air that then played no sound. Just a touch, then it was gone.
Literature
Invidious
Jealousy does
not suit you.
A leech, feeding
on my soul just
to find the words
you cannot say
in my presence;
but behind my
back you glow
with arrogance.
You shine with
a false sense
of brilliance
that will never
captivate anything
more than a
dead audience.

Possibly one of the most personal poems I've ever written, though I'm not too convinced it's one of my better ones...

That twist right in the middle like the insertion of a knife; very good. I can feel the angst. You have a way of leading the reader one way and then suddenly going another way. Nice technique. I really like your work as I've said before, but it bears saying again.
